We can learn a lot from our Caltech mascot – the beaver. Supervisors and beavers have a lot in common and use many of the same skills such as being industrious, building strong organizational systems (dams) and working collaboratively.
As Caltech supervisors, managers and team leads you are responsible for the success of your workgroup. This fast-paced one-day workshop will provide you with information and tools to help you effectively manage your group.
