Ever feel alone out there! Well you are not alone! Join other supervisors for an informal gathering and discussion.
Although this is an informal gathering, a reservation is required for planning purposes as we will be providing refreshments.
If you supervise at least one or more employees we invite you to join us for a meeting of a free bi-monthly discussion group. Each meeting will feature a different supervisory topic.
Life After Layoffs
Was your department or someone you know affected by the recent Caltech layoffs? Are you trying to figure out how to move forward? Do you have tips you can share with others as to how you and your staff got back on track after the difficult decisions and changes? Maybe you just want to get together with other supervisors and managers for support…Then come to the next Supervisors Anonymous meeting and join is for break out discussions on the topic Life after Layoffs. We’re confident the shared information and experiences will prove to be useful to all.
We'll also brainstorm future discussion topics.
