In the wake of our recent economic challenges, we realize that supervisors need more support than ever before. Therefore, Human Resources’ Employee and Organizational Development is proud to host the 4th Annual Caltech Supervisors’ Conference.
This is a high energy, fast-paced day created specifically for Caltech supervisors. The conference will cover current laws & regulations, tips for focusing on meeting your core mission and services, and tools for supervising at Caltech. As in the past, the day will be filled with informative, interactive and substantive workshops, keynote and closing addresses as well as resources, previews and demonstrations.
Due to the challenging economic times the conference fee has been reduced and we are still offering discounts to groups who send 3 or more managers. The conference will be held on November 18, 2009 in the Avery Dining Room with breakout sessions in our newest building, the Annenberg Center for Information Science and Technology.
