Have you ever wondered where you could get the tools and guidance to help your employees strengthen their performance? Do you think you have an opportunity to improve the performance of your team? Would it be helpful to review Caltech's philosophy on performance management? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should consider Coaching Employees the Caltech Way.
In this workshop you will address how to help your employees achieve optimum results by learning how to institute standards that communicate goals and expectations. This session will also explore what to do when your employees are not responding to coaching efforts by providing options and alternatives for managing poor employee performance.
Course Fee
While there is no fee for registration and class instruction, you will be asked to provide your PTA.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited class size, your PTA will be charged $100 if you cancel your registration without at least 72-hour advanced notice prior to the start of the class.
